Site-Wide Integration Pass

The major sections are now wired together as one site, with Gallery joining navigation, Pepper linked directly from home, stronger metadata and accessibility, and a proper 404 recovery screen.

Added

  • Added Gallery to the global navigation.
  • Added Gallery to the homepage directory.
  • Added a custom 404 recovery page.
  • Added canonical, Open Graph, Twitter, theme, and color-scheme metadata.
  • Added skip-to-content navigation and consistent keyboard focus styling.
  • Added reduced-motion support for visitors who request it.

Changed

  • Advanced the site build to v0.5.0.
  • Homepage Current Obsession now opens Pepper directly instead of stopping at the Stories directory.
  • Active navigation now exposes its current-page state to assistive technology.
  • Adjusted navigation spacing to comfortably fit the expanded top-level directory.

Preserved

  • The locked header structure remains intact.
  • The footer layout remains intact.
  • The existing wordmark treatment remains unchanged.
  • Individual content-page designs were left alone during this integration pass.

Known Issues

  • Dedicated favicon artwork has not been locked yet, so no substitute brand icon was invented for this release.
  • Scope creep remains nominal.
