One order, start to finish
A quote becomes an active job without duplicating its record. Customer details, products, artwork, notes, pricing and history all stay together.
PROJECT FILE / 01 — SHOP OPERATIONS SOFTWARE

Quotes on one screen. Artwork in another folder. Production status in someone's head. ManaWorks is being built to give all of that work one home.
APPROVED PETRA UI DIRECTION / DASHBOARD01 / THE IDEA
Custom apparel and production shops rarely get the same job twice. A single order might involve embroidery, DTF, printing, special garments, artwork approvals, production handoffs and a pickup deadline.
ManaWorks is a local-first operations platform designed around the order itself. A quote, production work, quality checks, files, fulfillment and reporting are connected rather than scattered across separate records and tools.
It began under the working name Threadz, but grew beyond apparel into a broader shop-management system.
02 / HOW IT WORKS
The product's core principles, not a promise that every feature is available today.
A quote becomes an active job without duplicating its record. Customer details, products, artwork, notes, pricing and history all stay together.
Move work through flexible production stages, filter by method or employee, and keep the team focused on what actually needs doing.
QA is a protected checkpoint. Rework and authorized exceptions retain an auditable history rather than quietly erasing what happened.
Receiving, fulfillment, inventory, tasks, files, costing, reports and staff tools live around the same job and customer context.
03 / PETRA INTERFACE
These approved design references show the visual direction for Petra in its Light and Dark themes.

Flexible stage movement, practical filters, and mandatory quality control. The workflow adapts to the job without hiding its history.

One authoritative workspace for products, customizations, artwork, communications, financials and activity.
Interface images are approved design references. They are not proof that the pictured functionality has passed final deployment testing.
04 / DEVELOPMENT STATUS
Based on the October 2026 build-status snapshot. This is a project update, not a live repository audit.
Orders, customers, the production board, receiving, inventory, team tools and other operational areas have been established in the project build.
Product variants, customizations, personalization, specialty presets, pricing and smoother front-counter entry are the current focus.
Deployment, multiple workstations, secure mobile access, peripherals, training and tested backup/restore remain release gates.
05 / THE LONG GAME
The initial goal is a dependable local shop system, with Windows workstations and browser access on other devices. A wider commercial product may follow only after it proves itself in real-world use.
Oh. You found me.
